The plain-English version

Privacy Policy

Effective July 27, 2026

This covers this website — myunicorntc.com. There are no accounts, no forms, and no payments here; the site’s job is to explain what we do and let you reach us. If you are already a client, the handling of your transaction files and client data is governed by your service agreement with us, not by this page.

What this site collects

Nothing you type. There is no contact form, no newsletter signup, and no login. The ROI calculator’s sliders run entirely in your browser — those numbers are never sent to us or to anyone else.

What your browser sends automatically. Our host records standard server logs for every request: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the time. That is ordinary web-server operation, used to serve the site and diagnose problems.

Advertising measurement. We run one third-party script — OpenAI’s advertising pixel — so we can tell whether our ads in ChatGPT actually bring anyone here. Details in the next section.

When you contact us. If you text or email the numbers and addresses on this site, we receive whatever you send, through our phone carrier and email provider. We use it to reply and to set up your file if you become a client.

The ChatGPT advertising pixel

We advertise inside ChatGPT. To know which of those ads work, the site loads OpenAI’s measurement pixel, which reports the following to OpenAI:

  • that a page was viewed, along with the page address and the referring address;
  • that someone tapped a “text us” or “email us” button — an intent to contact, recorded once per page load. We are not told who you are, and tapping the button is not the same as you actually sending anything; and
  • the pixel’s own operational telemetry — that it loaded and started up, whether this is your first page of the session, the settings it was configured with, and a count of any events it had to discard.

Because your browser sends these directly to OpenAI, OpenAI also receives your IP address — and therefore your approximate location — along with your browser and device type, on each of them. They are sent with any cookies OpenAI has already set on its own domains attached, which is how it can connect this visit back to an ad it showed you.

The pixel sets the cookies listed below and one browser session-storage entry, plus a momentary cookie it writes and deletes again to work out our domain name. Because it uses our root domain, the identifier cookie is also sent when you visit the client portal. The pixel does not read anything you type, because there is nothing on this site to type into.

One thing worth being direct about: OpenAI’s pixel has a feature that, on sites with an email field, hashes the address entered and sends it along. That feature is switched on for our pixel at OpenAI’s end. It collects nothing today because this site has no email field — but we would rather tell you it exists than have you discover it. If we ever add a form here, we will update this page before it goes live.

Cookies

We set no cookies of our own — no analytics, no session cookies, no preference cookies. Every cookie on this site comes from the advertising pixel:

What we are not doing

Worth stating plainly, because a lot of sites do these and we do not:

  • No Google Analytics, and no other analytics product of any kind.
  • No advertising or tracking networks beyond the single OpenAI pixel described above.
  • No embedded fonts, maps, videos, chat widgets, or social buttons that would report your visit to a third party. Our typefaces are served from our own domain, so loading this page tells Google nothing.
  • We do not sell the information this website collects.

Who receives your information

For the website itself, two companies:

  • Vercel hosts the site and therefore handles the server logs described above.
  • OpenAI receives the advertising-measurement events described above, along with the IP address your browser connects from. Its CDN also sets its own bot-detection cookies on OpenAI’s domain, not on ours.

And if you reach out, whichever provider carries that message — our phone carrier for a text, our email provider for an email.

Because the OpenAI pixel connects your visit here to an ad you saw elsewhere, some state privacy laws would treat it as sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising rather than as a sale. We would rather name it that way than claim we share nothing.

Your choices

This site shows no cookie banner, so here is how to say no — including one honest limitation:

  • Block it in your browser. Any content blocker or tracking-protection setting that blocks bzrcdn.openai.com stops the pixel entirely. The site works normally without it, and nothing you need here depends on it — every way of reaching us is an ordinary text or email link.
  • Clear the cookies. Removing site data for myunicorntc.com deletes the identifiers in the table above.
  • A limitation, stated rather than buried: we checked, and this pixel does not currently respond to the Global Privacy Control signal or to Do Not Track. So those browser settings will not stop it, and we did not want to imply otherwise. Blocking the domain does.

Depending on where you live you may also have the right to ask what we hold about you, to get a copy, or to have it deleted. Email magic@myUnicornTC.com and we will handle it.

Children

This site is for real estate professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If what we collect changes, we will change this page and move the effective date at the top. Adding a form, an analytics tool, or another ad platform would all count.
